Verification Failed - Name Mismatch

  • The error 'Name Mismatch' states that your ‘Name’ in your Bank Account record is not the same/matching with that of your Name in your ‘Aadhaar Card’.


  • Please note that it is a mandatory requirement that your Name in your Bank Account records matches with the Name in your Aadhaar Card. 






  • You may reach out to your nearest Branch and submit an application to update/change the name in your Bank Account records as per your Aadhaar Card.

  • Once the details are changed you may re-visit Equal Gateway and complete your Bank Account Verification.
