- The error 'Name Mismatch' states that your ‘Name’ in your Bank Account record is not the same/matching with that of your Name in your ‘Aadhaar Card’.
- Please note that it is a mandatory requirement that your Name in your Bank Account records matches with the Name in your Aadhaar Card.
You may reach out to your nearest Branch and submit an application to update/change the name in your Bank Account records as per your Aadhaar Card.
Once the details are changed you may re-visit Equal Gateway and complete your Bank Account Verification.
