Name Mismatch - Unable to Verify PF UAN Card?

Name Mismatch:

  • In cases where you are unable to verify PF UAN Card details for Name Mismatch, you will see the following error Messages.


  • Please note that in order for you to complete the verification the Name in your EPFO account should be same as your Aadhaar Card.

  • To update your Name on your EPFO account you may login to your PF UAN portal

  • Once you login to your PF account you will see an option “Manage” on the top left as shown below.




  • Under “Manage” please click on the option “Basic Details”.

  • You will now be redirected to a page where you can update your Name as per your Aadhaar Card.

  • Once you update your Name on the portal it might take 5-7 business days for the changes to reflect.
     
  • After the changes are reflecting you can re-attempt your PF UAN Card verification.
