Name (or) Date of Birth Mismatch - Unable to verify PAN Card details?

Name or Date of Birth Mismatch:

• In cases where you are unable to verify PAN Card details for Name Mismatch or Date of Birth (DOB) Mismatch, you will see the following error Messages.
  

• In these cases it is mandatory for you change/update your Name or DOB as per your Aadhaar Card.
• You may please walk into to your nearest Enrollment center (or) Seva Kendra to put your request for updation. 
• You can also submit your request through the official NSDL website.
