The following could be the reasons you are unable to verify Aadhaar Card details on DigiLocker:
1. Mobile Number not Linked to Aadhaar/Not receiving OTP to validate Aadhaar?
- For a smooth verification process please note that it is mandatory for your Aadhaar to be linked to an active mobile number.
- In case your active mobile number is not linked to your Aadhaar details, then please reach out to your Aadhaar Enrollment Center/ Seva Kendra and get your mobile number linked to your Aadhaar.
2. Issues on DigiLocker page.
- Please ensure you are connected to the right network which does not block the DigiLocker website.
- Clear the cookies and cache and try to open the website in a different browser or use an incognito.
- In cases where the above 2 steps do not work please try to attempt the verification after 1-2 hours.
